Similar to Tabata workout. No rest, but variation of activity.
EMOTM 10 PU--followed immediately by plank, left bridge, or right bridge for the remainder of the minute, alternating by the minute (1st minute plank, 2nd left bridge, 3rd right bridge, etc.). So 70 PU interspersed with mostly ab work.
