Old Blue course at Babler (1:15). Good pace, only one boom and it was less than 2 minutes. Pretty close to where I want to be at this point in the season, just wish I was doing more races.

Chubb trail from Lone Elk to the picnic table & back plus some extra stuff at the end. Easy pace except for the climbs.

PM: With Doug at Creve Coeur Lake. Real windy, actually took in some water going through the bigger waves (very rare for CCL). Lot of fun, especially since it's 30 degrees cooler today.

Easy jog round the hood. Legs felt pretty good given the weekend's activities. Still, an easy day was clearly in order.
