Paddling (Canoe) 30:00 [3]
weight:182lbs

At CC Lake w/ Doug up front and Amy in the middle.

Paddling (Kayak) 42:00 [3]

Then Doug & I did some more using Kayak paddles.

Cycling (Trainer) 1:30:00 [2]

Despite the nice day, I didn't get an opportunity to ride until evening, so I had to be content with the trainer.

Cycling (Road) 1:15:00 [3]
weight:182lbs

Over to Babler w/David Frei.

Orienteering (Woods) 1:07:00 [4] ***
12c

Old course. Navigated well, but didn't have legs for the uphills. David got me by a minute (no death match consequences - death match events must be adjudicated by an independent entity).

Cycling (Road) 1:36:00 [3]

Took a longer (and hillier) way back.

20 straight days - seems like a rest day is in order.

Running (Road) 45:00 [3]

First road run since the heel injury. I could feel it, but it wasn't a problem.

Cycling (Trainer) 1:00:00 [4]
weight:182lbs

Intended to run 5x800@3:00 at the track, but we got a bunch of snow today so I rode 3x5:00 10:00R on the trainer. In the tuck, which is starting to get comfortable again (well, that's overstating it, as comfortable as a tuck ever is).

Cycling (Trainer) 2:10:00 [2]
weight:182lbs

Rather stressful day. Kate called me at work with really bad chest pains and a cramp in her arm. We got her to the hospital and were relieved to find that it was "just" acute pluracy with a touch of pnemonia thrown in for good measure. By the time we got back it was Baby-O's bedtime and I hadn't really had any chance to relax. So, I put her down and just started riding the trainer with no real workout in mind. Two hours later, I decided I was sort of back to normal.
