Aud and I had 45 minutes to ride. ...but she showed up had to change a flat, 3.5 km in her chain got completely jammed into her frame. Even if we had a chain tool it would set up all if our time. We ran the bike out taking turns. Poor Aud, workout was a bust.

Don ride. Did not have much in me. Slammed me knee on a root on run yesterday. Kills to press down and swollen. My gut is it will recover fast, but just annoying.

Amended Hockley loop with Ms Gally. (Amended by way of south side gravel road and Grif ravine blue side trail).

Goal is just to get in time going Laverado pace and use poles. I was super fatigued. Weekends are nuts ( hence why I do not train hard Monday's usually) and most likely body in shock from last week. I think also my shoulders are starting to get fatigued from all of the pole use.

Hamstring seizing up on drive home. 6 weeks to Italy. I am officially scared. I think the crash training might kill me first though.

Can't wait to get on my bike,

I puked last night as my headache was so bad after our run. I,pulled it together for this morning.

To Pretty river and back. We,took 2 km longer route on way out. Walked most hills, body was in shock. Longest run in 10 months.

Epic 8 with Nicole as teammate and awesome company with Ms Gally, DD1, Audrey, Browner, Dobos, Hermes, Miller.

Fast track, not to technical with some great climbs. Nicole and I managed to pull in a 3 rd place. I wimped out at 5:30 and did not go out again, that would have changed our ranking, but I had no desire to be out there past 6 pm ( bad attitude lol). Legs were tired big day for my lack of training.

Added kms for riding from the solo area to the transition 10x
