8:00 am "mommy ride", named because all our friends with kids in cwood split up the ride, men go 7:00 am on Saturdays and and women at 8:00 am Sundays. Today there was 9 of us, pouring rain but warm

Run down to work in this grey weather with heavy pack. Perhaps I should get a locker at the gym.

Goal is to get 2-3 sessions in on top of my training session with Merrill focused on rock star shoulders (got to have some type of goal right!), would like to also be focused on rock star butt, but my legs always seem to me tired.
