Weights 45:00 [3]
Plan - Run to work 40 minutes - 1 hour of weights
Reality - run 5 minutes. No energy. Stopped at tim hortons and got a chocolate milk and 6 tiimbits (ate 3). Got on subway, thought that would be best. Got to gym thought I would see if I can lift and I managed to muscle through 45 minutes, missed a couple of body parts, but better than nothing!
No energy today, went for massage yesterday.
