Weights 45:00 [3]

Plan - Run to work 40 minutes - 1 hour of weights

Reality - run 5 minutes. No energy. Stopped at tim hortons and got a chocolate milk and 6 tiimbits (ate 3). Got on subway, thought that would be best. Got to gym thought I would see if I can lift and I managed to muscle through 45 minutes, missed a couple of body parts, but better than nothing!

No energy today, went for massage yesterday.

Commute, legs are tired and hurts to lift my arms, I think the trainer was getting excited that I am getting stronger so upped my weight, ugh.... but I do not see movie start shoulders yet!!!

With trainer. I go the stamp of improvement. Means I am getting stronger! Plan was to run to work after, but thank goodness I realized i forget my work clothes before I got downtown, had to reroute home and was no longer motivated!

Could not get up Monday morning, so managed to sneak 1 hour in before client dinner. So happy I have the mojo to do this now.
