Finally ran the entire switchback. Crazy slow but goal was not to walk. Just did 5 km course..... Have to get on a plane.... Bye bye snow!

Running Shorts
Lifa underwear
Fleece pants
Full length socks
Booties on top of my shoes
2 Lifa long sleeve tops
One Salomon long sleeve
Running jacket
Gloves
Shell over mitt.
Buff and hat.

Result- coat off 70% of run, shell mitt, only the first 20 min.
Other than that perfect!

Great sunny run with Aud, Virginia and Ms Gally. Not getting easier, sick of snow running.

We popped out in road for .5 km, and road running.....not an option today

Short loop in Don. Finally got smart. Parked at trail head beside grocery store, did my domestic duties them hoped in the trails for a short loop (saving myself as Hockleh may get the better of me Friday).

Don is in amazing shape

Rest day but had to run little logie's best friend "chippy" to him for nap time. It was forgotten this morning. Added a jaunt around town with 250 steps

Tennis - 1 hour lesson.

He fired them at my face at my request as I cannot seem to return these ones so practiced getting around the ball when they are coming straight at me when I am playing net
