working out some of the aches.
Right knee (the good knee) is super swollen. hopefully the pain is just swelling related and not a meniscus tear or something worse. I’m starting to think my good knee hit the wooden plank when i fell on the ‘bridge’.

wasn’t sure i was going to be able to race today with my good knee swollen and very sore. Decided to give it a go and the orienteering was a lot of fun but i was making too many mistakes. was able to hang on for the M55 win but not pleased with the weekend’s performance. I’ve got work to do
