Decided it would be a good idea to get the legs moving again. No big issues, pretty sluggish but ok. Suffered a bit at work today from lack of sleep.
Seem to be getting better at this 24 hour thing. Still sucked pretty majorly in the morning hours but otherwise ok. Not feet trouble (not one blister!) and other than a bit or pain in the knees on the downhill at one point no sore legs at all during the race.
