Not feeling great, and hard work in the sun, but couldn't resist a short return run along McMasters beach asnd a bush bash up the headland overlooking the bay.

Had hoped for a long run, had considered Otford to Bundeena before getting home at 11 last night and deciding something local would be more sensible. Ended up waking feeling like crap and with a headache for most of the day. Probably inadequate eating & sleeping over the weekend, and remnants of last week's cold still lingering.
