Endorphins sweet endorphins. Cycle along the river on a lovely day. Cycling was mostly pain-free as I now seem to have full motion just impact is painful. So can cycle but can't walk/run.

Butt and back still a bit sore but think it's getting better. Now one step closer to being a Dr after a successful viva today so maybe I'll be able to fix myself soon.

Still very sore. Doesn't feel muscular so guess is sciatica maybe from slight slipped disk.
Seemed to flare up during the middle race and there was a lot of ditch jumping, which I guess puts a lot of impact through the landing leg and into the back. Potentially a cause. Maybe a delayed reaction from bouldering or a bit of both.

Back/top of left buttock was bad and unlike on Saturday when it loosened a bit my 40sec jog with Laura at the start was extremely painful.
Hobbling around the rest of the day.
