shoes: trainers

badminton tournament didnt do too well
still felt absolutely shattered from the weekend

Orienteering race (jk relay) 24:49 [5] *** 4.1 km (6:03 / km)
spiked:11/12c shoes: VJ Integrator

jk relay at eridge park
changed relay teams the day before and ended up in a good team
started off well felt fresh somehow after 3 days of running
it worked for me in the forest and only a little problem where i went off bearing and ended up wrong side of control but not too bad
snow came down though and made it tough
but pulled our team into 2nd from 5th so got another 2nd place medal good,

Day 3 of jk
really lost it today
couldnt stay focused just going blank and having real trouble in the snow
physically not too bad just tired and nothing ended up working.

jk day 2 at leith hill
Messed up early on at number 3 losing about 3 minutes after losing compass bearing.
Then had a little trouble in the technical bits
But caught up Jamie who started a minute ahead of me and we ended up staying togethor switching who was in front.
Ended up less than a minute behind Duncan who was winning so not too bad in the end.

spiked:16/17c shoes: trainers

Good sprint event round uni of surrey found it slightly confusing in places
had a good run though still feeling fit and hopefully good form for tommorow and sunday.
