Around the river, solo until one guy came by on the freeway path so I took his wheel to the Narrows, pretty Strong NW'ly to add value to the ride. Was around 30 km/hr to Freo but could not keep the pace into the wind got a bit back on Matilda Bay
Cold more or less passed on to Nicole, a bit of coughing at the end but otherwise felt OK while riding
