Note
(sick)

Still sick, but tried to go to work and was checking the Blackberry at the bus stop and there was a message that a pipe had burst on Level 27 in Central Park and all the floors to 24 were shut until further notice. My office is level 25 so it was back home and another half box of tissues whilst working and keeping an eye of the cricket until it was washed out.

Ran 6 * 2:30 then 7 minutes at the end with 2 minute walks between and a few Hamstring exercises at the end

The cold seems to have gone away mostly and not too much runny nose

Note
(sick) (rest day)

Sore throat turned to nose running like a tap - so stayyed away from spreading it around the office and am reading a nice book about people cycle touring in France "Downhill All the Way" that Nicole bought me for my birthday

Also read the new Cadel book which I also got for my Birthday. Actually it is just looking at pictures and a very different sort of cycling to the pretty villages and coffee shops in the other book, some fantastic shots of riding in the mountains and the peleton
