Out to the far end of Bowness (or BoneƤss as I like to call it) and back. Another super nice night! Felling better and better on the bike. Just got to get some more uumph back.
The windiest ride I have had in years! The headwind was so strong I was only riding 9km an hour downhill while standing up. I turned around earlier than Mike as it was a bit rough on the core to keep the bike upright.
Beautiful day with 22C and a huge sun! Rode from Bragg Creek out to Little Elbow and back. Big headwind all the way out for all the uphill ridinng made for a hard workout, but we were flying on the way back :) Finished with an icecream float in Bragg.
Great evening ride out towards airport road and back. The headwind on the way back was tough but I felt really good tonight and it was so much fun to be out!
A great ride on the pathway and up Edworthy to Old Banff Coach Rd with and in and out on Airport Rd. Not quite my ususal self yet - have some issues putting down the power but I'm slowly getting there. First 40km under clear skies and the lst 20 in the rain which made for a cool ending. I'm completely exhausted now :)
The actual running on the treadmill didn't work well (too early), but I found this other machince that almost keeps a running motion and it worked great. Kept it short to make sure I wasn't doing too much.

Nice and sunny day after some rain overnight. Hiked to twin falls and up onto part of the whaleback mountain. Super pretty trail. My body is really liking the activity again.

Joined Bart and Courtney on a little camping adventure with their friends Pete and Carolyn + kids. Hiked into Yoho and laughing falls where we set camp for the weekend. Nice and slow pace to start getting the hiking legs back.
