Paddle (river) 1:50:00 [3] 15.0 km (7:20 / km)

Paddle with stevej from Hind's reserve up past sandy beach and then back through ascot waters.
Got back to find my bag with wallet, phone and clothes stolen from steve's car. They left my banana so at least I wasn't hungry as well as broke.

Arena 50m pool
Swim with Stevej
500 freestyle straight up. (some very short breaks, a few seconds)
next 600m with some short breaks, including 2 laps of breaststroke.
Feeling smoother through the water.
extra 100m over steve's swim = his approx 25k ride and 3k run to pool and back.
