Ride 2:15:00 [3] 55.0 km (24.4 kph)
shoes: Giant Anthem X3

Team Ranga Ride with Liz on her road bike and Joel, Jacko, & myself on MTB's.
A few regroups and bike maintenance stops stretched the time out a bit. No racing up hills today as Jacko is not fully recovered yet, that is until he got to the last small hill of the day and jumped out to a nice lead before doing the Lance look back. I took the bait and started chasing him down, both of us sprinting by the end... where the end was, I'm not so sure but we were pretty close to even by that stage.

Run (Trail run) 38:00 [3] 6.7 km (5:40 / km) +56m 5:27 / km
shoes: Keen Ridgeline

Evening trail run, started in the fading light, finished with the aye ups.
Kangaroos, rabbits, and owls for company tonight.
Legs still felt a little tight after yesterday's dry needling but felt good after about 20 mins.
Starting to really enjoy running again.

Windtrainer 45:00 [3]
shoes: Giant TCR C2

Just spinning the legs with a few random efforts thrown in and a couple of single leg sets.
Legs a bit sore after having a massage and some dry needling done at lunch time today but hopefully all will be good for a run tomorrow.

Run (Trail run) 44:23 [3] 8.04 km (5:31 / km) +90m 5:14 / km
shoes: Keen Ridgeline

Team Ranga trail run (minus Jacko, Jolt and Liz)
Afternoon trail run in overcast and slightly muggy conditions.
Took things easy and felt comfortable for all of the run however the right calf had a slight pain about an hour after the run. It's not the Achilles that has been troubling me but higher up. Ice and anti inflams just to be sure.
No trouble at all with the left knee.
