82.741km with 1088m climb in 3:47:47. Longer steady ride over the bridge. New alternative route to Shirenewton very rough lots of grass up the middle. Down the steep ridge and the bottom route up to coblers plain. Down to Tintern over Brockweir and big climb up main road back to Chepstow.

6.669km with 30m climb in 0:45:59. Bok training on the downs. A lap to warm up then Pyramid 1,2,3,2,1 bit of rest then same again. I felt something pull half way through the the first minute. Left leg at the back just above the knee. Not to bad I could jog on but was not going to risk trying to push. Had to keep going cutting the corners as I was doing the timing for everyone.

47.470km with 395m climb in 1:59:35. Hawkesbury Upton loop. Had to shoo the cows off the road across the common as they were blocking the cars and no one was getting the job done. New seat at top of hill old one was getting rotten.
