TDM stage 7 Middle race at Rocky Ridge. I had a pretty good race with two mistakes. my legs were tired, so the running was slower.

Stage 4 of the TDM in Dundas Valley. It was a long hilly corridor O session. because of the rain overnight the slops of the large, steep hills became muddy and very slippery, and the streams became very large and deep (and brown) which made things interesting. overall this session went very well with only one small mistake, but near the end my legs started to really slow down. for some strange reason my GPS watch didn't record the route which sucks because it would have been interesting to see.

TDM stage 5 Route Choice session in Dundas Valley. we did a course with 2 long legs. my legs were tired from the morning session so the running was slow.

TDM stage 6 K2 Descents in Dundas Valley. we had 5 short loops in a hilly area with lots of contour detail. we started at the bottom of the hill and had to run to the top, then orienteer down. I only did 3, because my legs were pretty much dead at that point.

First stage of Le Tour du Marteau at Mount Nemo. we did a control picking exercise with three loops. my first loop went very well, the other two not so much. I did some stupid mistakes mostly because I was not looking at the compass enough.

Strage 2 of the TDM at Mount Nemo. we did a Fog O exercise on the southern part of the map. this stage went very well for me with no mistakes, and I nailed pretty much all the controls.

O-group running training on the Woodroffe HS track. wet and cold weather with lots of puddles on the track. Knees/shins sore so I took the running real easy and slow.

Orienteering interval training at McCarthy Woods. we did three intervals then did a small longer course. didn't feel that great today, I made a few mistakes and my knees started to feel sore after the first interval.
