Run (treadmill) 46:06 [4] 6.0 mi (7:41 / mi)
shoes: Inov8 Roclite 305

My legs were stiff today, maybe due to working on treadmill vs. trail this week, but for me it was too cold to be running outside so more treadmill today.
Focused first half on form, second half on staying relaxed -particularly with returning leg swing.
Felt good during the run, then a bit nauseous when I stopped.

Run warm up/down (treadmill) 18:10 [3] 2.0 mi (9:05 / mi)

Again- felt great until I stopped.

My cold is now sinusitus, which is good because it meant I got some real meds (antibiotics) at the doc today....So now I can tell the coach on my shoulder that it's fine for me to work a little harder, because now I am bullet proof.

Elliptical 1:03:00 [2]
max:150

More easy sick days.
It's kind of a nice change of pace.

830 calories

Run (Trot/Walk) 1:05:00 [3] 5.1 mi (12:45 / mi)
shoes: Inov8 Roclite 305

Afton Loop
Walked up hills, kept breathing easy.

All my outdoor times in the last 10 days have been estimates... my $10 watch from Target got ruined after several splashing in river sessions, despite between "water resistant to 50M". I'm never sure what that means, 'water resistant'. Apparently in this case, it meant "will last for a day or so after you use it in water".

Anyway, I respected the remaining gurgling noises from my lungs and kept it slow.

Elliptical 1:05:00 [2]
max:135

Kept it easy- iPod, magazine, TV
Still sick-ish, but improving.

880 calories
