GI update - delays before & during today's ~10am run. Rather listless much of the rest of the day. At breakfast had multigrain pancakes, whipped cream, maple syrup, and a bit of the raspberry seeded jam I've eaten much of over the years - but which the last time I ate was also just before an incident. Also had Dr. Pepper, which I think I'll avoid going forward - I only had Mt. Dew as my caffeine in my 'good' week+ at Lake Placid.
