Floorball 1:00:00 [3]

First loss for the Capilano Coho :( Only 4 players from our team showed up, so we had to recruit 4 players who had just played the early game. Needless to say, they were not so energetic during our game. We also missed our two best players, Blair and Jan, and we were down 4-0 after the 1st. Got as close as 6-4, but then we let in two more and it ended 8-6.

WET at Acadia by Thomas. As always an intense area, even though it's starting to get a bit too familiar. Struggled in my running today and felt heavy.

Short bike and walk with Luna the dog. Summer day! Logging the steep uphill bike back home. Hamstrings very tight from yesterday, even painful to stretch.
