Quail Hollow Green course. Walked the whole way, some hip discomfort, but great to be out. No rain, but did rain last night, 60s. Garlic mustard bolting, impatiens cotyledons common, only a very few spring beauties in flower. Rubus just starting to leaf out.
Navigation was almost always spot on, which was my goal. consciously took straightline routes even if trail was a reasonable alternative except where the vegetation was inpenetrable.

Rode to church, then rode home. Felt ok - a little tight in hip, but maybe i could push harder and ride the road bike? Beautiful day again

run 1.5 min, walk 30 around neighborhood. careful to stay on the easy side. Felt ok. More so than yesterday, sometimes walking fast was more irritating to hip than trotting slow because i was more tempted to stretch out the right leg pushoff.
