Training on the Blue Mountain map. Seemed like a bit less rock than yesterday and really nice area for O. We did 13 controls on the 12.4 k course. Slow walking with a bit of jogging and only one big mistake early that I had to relocated on.

Round two at Blue Mountain, to finish the 12.4 K course. Chris and I decided to kind of stay together and meet at each control. Good thing we did since Chris needed lots of help on our 2nd control...started raining and things got slippery in my trail shoes. So 3.5 hours on blue mountain today and now it continues to pour rain out. So we pass time at a nice pub and diner drinking IPA's and nice atlantic salmon here in Cold Spring NY.
