Quail Hill Green.
Was doing great until....I fell into the mucky marsh up to my thighs and thought I would be Gollum bait...but that was kind of funny and I was fine. Then on the leg from 7 to 8 I misread the map and went to 3, it looked so much like an 8 and the line was pointing that way. (Plus my map was folded and I didn't see the real 8.) I was really stumped and almost gave up b/c I thought the rest of the course was going to be so trashy like it was in that area- but finally figured out what I had done, and pushed on. DUH. I think I would have done pretty well without that and another error going to 17 that together cost me around 20 minutes. It's a heartbreak alright! Nice day though. :)))

Woo Hoo! Spring has sprung and so have I! Crum/smedley fastest loop time.
Tried something different going up hills: really concentrated on breathing more air than I normally do - oxygenating...my brother did this once when we ran together and I just remembered it today. I think it worked! Thanks bro!
