Didn't wind up with time to swim in the AM, so took the day off.

Went to Luke's track meet at UR where he ran the 800 - looked real good thru the 400 and made it thru 600 in about 1:25.5.

Run from the Hojack at Drumm - ran to the Lake Rd end and took the road to the Lake Ave entrance to the Big Woods then over to the Meadow trail - Pellett - Herman - Drumm. Took it fairly easy but only walked 45 sec after 2 songs since they were generally shorter - since it was the Dead Milkmen and similar artists. In fact - had to make it 3 songs at one point.

Was planning on just going real easy but they threw ghosts at me and I found a couple of people going just above my desired pace that I traded leading with so went harder than planned, but didn't go overboard.

Treadmill at the Y, walking 1 min after 2 songs - was planning on going very easy with heavy legs from yesterday, and sore hip early but felt a little better and went a little faster each jog stretch:

Kirizuma was the next Build Me Up workout and it was 90 minutes so I thought I would try to complete the Fire and Ice route, but failed when I finished the workout and still had 6 legs of the Epic KOM climb remaining, which was a little more than I could handle, so I finished the leg I was on and turned around to ride back down the hill, allowing my self the luxury of some coasting.

The main part of the workout was 3x14.5 minutes ramping from 92% of FTP up to 110% and back down. Finished with 5 x 1min on/off at 110%.
