Ran out of time for a solid gym visit (working late, needing groceries desperately), but thought anything was better than nothing these days (and unless you count my wednesday night 5-pin bowling league as a work out - and some that go do...) I'm pretty much down to not much exercise these days. I did however still manage to work out at a higher resistance, and for a longer time than the two women beside me - how bizarre is that?
Planning on coming to the Thomass this Sunday, looking forward to some outside time. :)
