Good run at the hydrocut. Had to run little loops at the end to make sure I hit my time goal. Longest run so far and felt really good. Did a nice easy pace not worrying about distance, the goal was 1.5 hours to put time on my legs. Soon I'll have to pick specific routes / distances to work on increasing my speed.

TNT trail run. Didn't wear a watch, and the distance is pretty iffy - somewhere around 9 km. Time includes stops along the trail to gather the troops at intersections, etc. Felt really good for the first half, then felt a stitch starting and picked up with a slower group for the second half.
