Long slow run at the hydrocut. Wanted to get between 1:45 and 2 hrs on my legs. Didn't look at distance since I had a time goal for this run not distance. First hour was a little tough, but hit a good groove for the last hour.

Made it 3/4 of the way through... then Aubrey woke up. Had to skip the atomic push-ups. Darn...
