Nice to be out on trails. Grest conditions for a fun ride with Funderstorm. :)

Short run around the same trails after Funderstorm and I finished riding. Tiny had designs for a long road ride this afternoon, so had a timeline to stick to. Loverly weather for running.

Note

Sherpa had planned to do a long ride this morning, and I was contemplating joining her until I saw that it was going to be 0 degrees over night. Ummm... I am past liking that temperature. Instead I'm doing nothing... on deck tomorrow. A ride and / or a run... feeling lazy today.

Lots of hill work and a 'fun' game where people drew interval times and types which we did back to back, no rests (standing climb, seated climb, standing sprint, hover, etc.). Sweaty class as always.

Strength Training 25:00 [2]

Upper body and core. Weakling arms... check.

Not really feeling it mentally or physically this morning. Warm muggy weather last night made for a wee one who didn't sleep all that great... struggling to get the legs moving.
