Legs are feeling very stiff today from the last 3 days. Decided to skip the weights for today. Added some more time on the rowing machine instead, but 40 min is about the max I can handle.

Good run today. Headed out north along the Grand River Trail, ended up turning around up at University Avenue after the trail seemed to dead end at at the river on the way back decided I wanted to run some single track so took a different route and ran back through Breithaupt park.
