Rail trail 85% dry, but I drove to the trailhead as our local trail is too soft to ride.

Ride with (Human) Steve H. He gave me a tour of bike paths- mix of gravel and paved around KW, with coffee and a scone at Vincenzos. He’s waiting for his second bionic hip so he’s on an e-bike and we’re well matched.

I think we did a night-o in Monarch woods behind his house once!

Run with the dogs. Soft and mucky out. Had Stephen on leash much of the time- too much temptation out there.

Workout 3 plus some lumberjack after I got back from Toronto, via Inglewood and a dog-walk to the cafe with Knobless and his new bionic knee.
