Its sooo short, just focus on your breathing and long strides. It will take you less then an hour of pain. No biggie! Think of paddling in a lightening storm where you literally are facing life or death and it lasted for about one hour (cough cough TR 2014). Now compare it to a measily small little trail run? No big deal. Or compare it to the last final seconds of the EPIC, where we could have been completely disqualified.... and we BARELY made it by seconds. And compare it to this? Again, no big deal! Just keep the breathing steady and and dont freak out.
