I’m glad to hear you finally got to see a physio! And super glad you felt better coming out.
I went to chiropractor when home and he said a lot of things were wrong but it was my knee that caused my stress fracture. So I guess everything is related. PT also told me it was my calves being tight. So nothing to do with my foot :/
Hope you keep feeling better!

Chuckle. My tight calves are an indicator my hips are out of alignment, according to my kinesiologist. Everything’s related, and chasing root causes is a headache. Then again, most of the time the exercises they come up with help, even if we’re still chasing root causes.

I am rooting for all of Team USA’s health right now. :-)

=) Yeah, we're too injured on the whole. Hopefully we all have good recoveries!!

I do think often things are related, but I'm pretty sure whatever caused this pull wasn't something the PT is seeing *now*, because when I did the pull I was super-duper tight from a hard hill workout. So I may have been running funny because lots of muscles were sore... but those same sore muscles are probably not at all apparent now and so a very tough ask to find the cause of this injury with only the evidence at hand...

But yeah, helpful exercises anyways and very excited to be back walking at the least and just in a lot less pain! Actually, time to do eve PT speaking of it!
