Matt, I tried using coban that you suggested the other day as a prophylactic for inflamed tendon. After 50km run yesterday, the tendon in my ankle was totally fine, whereas previously it was always sore for a few days after a run of that distance. Seems like it worked pretty well.
excellent miles, i'm glad to hear it worked for you. yeah i used it this weekend on my ankles. i had some pretty sore bits from ski touring and the coban just covers the spots that were rubbed raw so i can't really feel it and it doesn't get any worse.
