Discussion: Oak Hill

Saw an article in the paper today on Dartmouth about to spend $5 million upgrading Oak Hill. Widening trails and adding snowmaking. Preparing some FIS compliant loops for 2025 NCAA champs. Probably old news to you, but pretty exciting.

Yeah, I just heard about when I hung out with the ski coaches at homecoming a week or two ago!! Very neat. Dartmouth is paying for half, other 2.5 million to come from private donations linked with nonprofit Friends of Oak Hill.

It's been in the works for a while. I think it was Dartmouth Carnival 2018 that I was timing when they announced they had gotten their first big gift to start the fundraising effort.
