How’s your back handling this?
So far fairly well. With my physio I have a lot of strength exercises to activate my glutes as she feels part of the problem is the pelvis. After 2 days in a row of doing the exercises the nerve pain in my hip is a bit more pronounced in the morning. So I'm always careful about that.
I have an appt on Friday to get another round on injections into the area that is tight around the nerve. So I'm excited to see how it feels this weekend and next week.
Glute activation seems to be a really common issue. I know a couple of runners who were told to work on that to address pain elsewhere. Good luck with the injections!
