So how big is a monster honeysuckle stump / rootstock?

It weighs more than me but less than an adult sasquatch.

That stuff will take over a yard, forest, field...terrible. I had one I cut into sections one fall, sprout new growth out of the bark! Cut it all down!

I'm making headway. Slow but sure. I could barely get the root end of this one off the ground to flop it onto the burn pile, so I'm guessing it was at least 300 lb (~140 kg).

A 300 lb honeysuckle root? I'm not sure I believe this - honeysuckle are usually about waist to chest height. How does that grow 300 lbs of roots? I think this honeysuckle must be on steroids or something.

There is a honeysuckle down the block that is at least 20 ft tall.

I have cut honeysuckle to the ground, and as long as you keep trimming back the new growth it will eventually die. The easiest treatment is to pull new plants roots and all.

I've had good luck cutting it close to the ground and spraying Roundup on the stump. As far as I can tell, it doesn't grow back. I'll check some of my old work and see if it ever sprouted.
