Yes, splits to twelve are weird, did everybody go to the wrong circle?

I was surprised to see that as well. Matt and Rick don't seem to make many mistakes - certainly not on such a straightforward location with so much visibility. Did you exit 11 to the east and go off trail more directly? I exited 11 to the east but took the trail down to the road.

I wonder why Andrew bailed at 11 - he was tearing up the course until then. I saw him a couple times out there, but there was no way I was keeping up with his running - very fit.

I went pretty straight, even a bit to the left, taking the hill right on, and using very little of the trail near where it makes a sharp turn, there you see the power line right away and then cut to the control from the road.
