dude you really tore your body up... you should save that for races not training!! once you re back to ok come out and do some double si's with me.. if you dont run for a month I may stand a tiny chance keeping up...
well it seems the fall i took at 24hrs of old pueblo took a toll, then the massive running miles non stop with no "taking care of yourself time". the ankle will heal.. however this knee pain scares me because it's been a long time since my fall... and two weeks since c4p. shit.
yes when i'm back i'll be doing mt si once a week. i am itching to get back at it sooo bad.
go to the doctor about the knee... its not like you go all the time, sounds like it could be more and since your racing depends on it I would not hesitate... funny i used to go to the doctor about once every three months with aches and pains but now i have been injury free for almost 1.5 years (well except for the ankle sprain but that was not too bad(.... seems like it always comes in spurts....
