And then it's harder to fall asleep if you exercise very late. I think the last thing I've read was advocating early afternoon or morning whichever works better for you.
Have you tried riding at lunch? My building has showers that you could use to "freshen" up.
The schedule is already tight to drop off the daughter, get to work, try to get in a full day, and pick her up before the buzzer. :(
I've gotten up before; my fall log was full of it. I just need to get back in the habit.
