Yeah it was cool standing up there. Perhaps we should have invested in portapotties to keep all the athletes in the infield though. I expected people would be standing on the infield so it made the spectator control hard to see (if at all). in retrospect I think I would have removed the spectator control completely. We would have been able to see where the runners were from up high when they were entering the forest to the east. Will need to think about the next time we do this (2017?). Thanks for all your help Nev. Greatly appreciated.
While the spectators couldn't actually see the spectator control, we had a good view of it and was interesting to see who was reading ahead on that leg.

Hammer: I got to hear stories about the 1975 COCs from Earle on Sunday night. Did it finish in the same field? If my parents were involved with the sport by then I probably attended that one as well (age 2.5 months).
