going to let all niggles heal this month and just focus on lifting and some hiking. not doing any more events over next 6 months except Winter & Traveling Death Race Jan/Feb. Bunch of next chapter stuff going down on the homefront and biz.

I just want to chop some wood, climb steep hills with a heavy pack, get in the ocean, build some strength and max out recovery.
