PT Warmup on treadmill barefoot. Felt some weaker foot muscles working. Think I'll do some more barefoot treadmill runs at home to maybe warmup and work on them. Did some hip and thigh exercises and rolled IT. Kelly also relieved some tension in my hips. Leg felt good when I left.

Rainy run. Felt good. Did a bit more exploring on the south side of the mountain.
PT Lots of exercises. Single hamstring curls again and full leg squeezes. Finished with "traction." Stretched my lower back out. This may be what I need.
