Took my teammate Matthew for his first night ride with the ay-up on his helmet. Fun times at night.

General circuit class today at ShawFit with emphasis on core. Today's min-Olympic challenge was push-ups and longest jump. I attained 46 push-ups and a 91 inch jump (from standing 2 feet planted position).

Drove to Inglewood and rode the roads around there before dropping the bike at CHC for a tune up. Super hot out there especially in the straight sun.

My company's gym instructor is putting on a mini Olympics at work. Today was who could run the fastest mile. Points are awarded and tallied up at the end of next week for prizes. I just squeezed in just under 7 mins/mile, which I think should give me top spot.
