First run around the new 'hood. Surprisingly the cold white stuff on the ground made it a little difficult to follow the bike paths that I have never been on. Luckily some XC skiers had some tracks I could follow. Snow made it a little difficult so my pace was a little lower than normal.

I believe that this was my first time wearing my S-Labs since Wilderness Traverse...these shoes are way too small for my feet. Need a larger size and a wider size...time to look for a new shoe.

Increased the weight abit and swapped my curls for dumbbell snatches...finally feel sore after a workout ;)
