knee injury: this morning knee felt great, no pain or irritation. noon spin class felt good too, didn't notice it at all. the time off has done it well i guess. we'll see how if feels after tomorrow nights spin class.
diet: so far so good today. lots of fruit, no overdoing it... but i've been very busy today. kinda ran out of energy at the end of the day however i feel satiated. - ended the day under my calories burned.
