good early easy ride with justin. funny my heart rate was really low all day but my legs were tired from the race and two hard spin classes so we rode slow. great way to flush the legs. rain sucked. rode mercer island loop. planned on a south end loop but were turned around by seafair shit on lakeside ave on the way to seward park.
