got my 8 hours of sleep last night! it's been a while. took today off and did work. yoga tonight and maybe some weights. we'll see how i feel. took the whole day mentally off a good diet and ate whatever i wanted. mmm puffins.

ok it didn't turn out to be a rest day with the weights. but it was pretty much a recovery day anyway.

run commute to and from gym. suuuuper slow and easy.

everything felt good. right hamstring a bit tight but that is it!!!!!!!!

100 pushups.. i still suck.
20 (stopped at 20 to pace myself - didn't work), 20, 15, then i forget but dropped down to 10s.
