took today to travel to portland. glutes don't feel right. foam rolled them. i don't have an elastic band to do som exercies for my hip. i'll do my best.

walked probably 5-6 miles around town.. sunny - portland is sweet.

Strength Training (high reps) 35 [2]

on foam roller right leg raises. need to do more later.
